The Modal Shop has compiled this privacy statement to demonstrate a firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site.

Normal Web Site Usage. You can visit this site to read product and company information or use our online tools without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. The only information we collect and store during normal Web site usage is the name of your Internet service provider, the Web site that referred you to us, the pages you requested and the date and time of those requests. Security. The Modal Shop treats security with the utmost priority. We implement SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, one of the most robust encryption platforms available, to protect your credit card information. Your information will be encrypted during the entire transaction. For additional security, your information will not be saved on a public server. The Modal Shop implements the LinkPointCart service, which does not use cookies.
