Visit Dr. Andrew Barnard, and Assistant Professor from Michigan Technological University and a leading authority on sound and vibration measurements, to learn about microphone/acoustic fundamentals; sound metrics, measurements, and frequency determination; microphones as a part of an integrated system; testing in wind tunnels or the outdoors; transmission loss; and sound level meters. There will also be product demonstrations to complete the learning experience.
